Built for Small Restaurants

Enterprise AP automation tools like Plate IQ, xtraCHEF, and MarginEdge are great - if you have a budget of $200-$500/month and a team to implement them. We're not that.

InvoiceGuard does one thing: it compares your current invoice prices against your past invoices and tells you what went up. That's it. No AP automation, no inventory management, no complex integrations. Just the overcharge detection, at $79/month.

🔒 Security & Data Handling

We understand that uploading financial documents to a third-party service requires trust. Here's exactly what we do with your data:

  • ✔ Encrypted in transit: All data is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
  • ✔ PDFs deleted after processing: Your PDF file is processed on our server and immediately deleted. We only store the extracted text data (item names, prices).
  • ✔ No data sharing: Your invoice data is never shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third parties, including distributors.
  • ✔ Passwords hashed: Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes (industry standard). We never store your plaintext password.
  • ✔ Session cookies: Authentication uses secure, httpOnly session cookies - not tokens stored in browser storage.
  • ✔ Right to deletion: Delete your account anytime. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.
